Conveniently located , Italy and only 19 km (12 mi) from Montepulciano. Villa La Fragola is a lovely holiday home (100 sq m) with WiFi internet, private pool and air conditioning. The property can accommodate up to six people comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms. If you enjoy a round of golf while on vacation, then you will be happy to know there is a golf course nearby.
The Experience
The garden area is not fully fenced, anyway the pool area is divided from the rest of the garden by a hedge (height about 0.7 m) and a wire net. There is a small gate which can be locked, for the safeness of small children.
Important: The First floor is accessed only through the external staircase and it is not communicating internally with the ground floor.
One room with access through the garden with shower and changing room for guests who want to enjoy the pool without entering the house.
Upon arrival you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property ideal for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of shopping.
