Terrazza e Libreria is a lovely stone building having a total of two private apartments that is conveniently located 4 km (3 mi) from Monte Benichi, Italy in the tourist area "Siena And Surroundings" and only 32 km (20 mi) from Siena. Terrazza e Libreria, among other amenities, includes also air conditioning, WiFi internet and shared pool.
Terrazza (80sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on one level and can sleep up to four people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four people.

- the percentage of the total rental amount paid at the time of the booking as initial deposit if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
