The house position is ideal because one reaches the Chianti region in a few minutes or can enjoy the culture and convenience of the city of Siena. This beautiful property belongs to the Campalli estate, a huge farm of 750 acres that produces Chianti Classico wine, and includes the Castle of Campalli.The 360° view from each point on the estate ranges over endless rolling hills, vineyards and olive groves. On a clear day it is possible to see the towers of San Gimignano in the distance. La Corte di Campalli is an impressive stone-built farmhouse that dates back to the 16th century. It takes its name from the striking internal courtyard around which it was built. The property was recently restored by its discerning owners, who used authentic traditional materials of the area and equipped it with all modern facilities. The interiors are particularly airy and spacious, with doors both to the courtyard and to the garden. Guided tours of the estate and the castle, including Tuscan wine tasting, can also be arranged. Past clients particularly appreciated the visit of the wine cellars guided by the very helpful owners, and the experience is even more enjoyable in September, a beautiful month for visiting this part of Tuscany, when the guests can assist and participate to the wine harvest. Villa Pietro is a beautiful historic property with a private swimming pool, just a short distance from Siena. The villa dates back to the 15th century and it is made up of three apartments (which can be rented together for larger groups) along with a fourth apartment where the owners reside. The interiors of the three rentals are comfortably finished and contain some antique furnishings. Outside there is a large garden area and a large scenic terrace offering fantastic views of the hills of Siena.
The owners (who look after the family’s agriculture business) share the use of an internal courtyard that accesses the apartments, but only this is shared. The garden has a great variety of plants and in the centre is a unique swimming pool converted from a Romantic fishpond from the 1800s.

The farmhouse has a beautiful interior court yard, and about 50 m away is a completely renovated barn. Located south of Siena on the edge of the Crete Senesi, the property enjoys a tranquil, panoramic position inside a large farm (400 hectares) that produces wine and olive oil. Magnificent view of the countryside, characterized by the rolling hills of the Val D’Orcia and the city of Siena on the horizon. The apartments are furnished in a comfortable, rustic style. Outside, guests may use a charming, partially covered terrace (110m2) with a beautiful view.
The property can also be rented in its entirety for small groups, in which case guests may use a large, shared common room with kitchen.
Access to the property is via a 3 km unpaved but well-maintained road.
