We stayed at the villa for 3 nights and we wished we were there longer. The villa is amazing and has beautiful views. Valentina, the owner was wonderful. She gave us suggestions on places to go in the area.

Very nice setting in the middle of the Chianti Region! Everything worked and we entered a clean appartement. Big pool to hang out and walking distance to the midcentury center. We got a lot of good advice from Concetta, taking care of everything. We highly recommend this place!!

I can’t say enough good things about Palazzo Rosadi. It was magical! I have stayed in other villas in the area and I can tell you firsthand that the location and views were spectacular.The villa itself combined Old world charm and modern convenience. Our host Rosado was so accommodating he made all feel at home. We had excellent chefs that came in to cook some delicious meals for us, the pool was so relaxing plus the weather spectacular! I wish I had booked it for longer!

Rustikales, einfaches Häuschen zum Wohlfühlen. Ideal für max 4 Personen. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ist renovationsbedürftig, zumindest sollten die defekten Küchengeräte ausgetauscht werden (kleiner Ofen schliesst nicht, Wasserkocher, Wasserhahn). Aber die Lage, der Poolbereich und das toskanische Flair haben uns über diese kleinen Mängel hinwegsehen lassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und schöne Tage in der Preselle geniessen können.
Der Weg zum Häuschen ist nicht asphaltiert und hat ziemliche Löcher, deshalb braucht man einen geeigneten Wagen. Alles ist in der Nähe, Restaurants, Meer, Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir würden es wieder buchen.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Das Anwesen ist wirklich super zum Relaxen, der Pool schön groß und sauber. Die Besitzer bzw. Mitarbeiter dort sind ausgesprochen feundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Kritikpunkt ist in unserem Fall das separat stehende Haus, welches für 2 Personen zu klein ist und keinen Mückenschutz am Fenster hat. Außerdem gibt es dadurch nachts störende Geräusche, wenn der Boiler an geht oder der Kühlschrank brummt. Es ist eben nur ein Raum. Wir würden wieder hin fahren, nur dann die größeren Appartments buchen.

We’d a fantastic stay at Poggio Falcone. The house is stunning in a calm environment still close to villages with shops and restaurants and a short drive to several medieval towns like Montepulciano and Castiglione del Lago. The restaurant in the property area is well worth to utilize, also being managed by the family. All very nice, friendly and welcoming. We look forward to future stays as base to continue explore the beautiful area.
