Schönes Haus in idyllischer Umgebung auf knapp 900 m/üM. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, nach Cortona sind es 20 Minuten Fahrzeit durch kurvenreiche Strassen.
Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Für die Jahreszeit war es etwas kalt und die Heizung ist sehr teuer.
Alles in allem für einen entspannten Urlaub sehr empfehlenswert.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Beautiful house in an idyllic setting at almost 900 m above sea level. The location is a bit remote, after Cortona it is a 20 minute drive through winding roads.
The landlords are helpful and friendly.
It was a bit cold for the time of year and the heating is very expensive.

Wir haben sehr tolle Ferien in der Villa Sant‘Angelo verbracht. Die Betreuung vor Ort war ausgezeichnet. Die Unterkunft war in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, wieder einmal hier Ferien zu machen.

We were in Villa Beboli from late September to early October for 10 days with 6 persons and one small dog. The house is really big and has a lot of Rooms and bathrooms. The house was clean and the owners wife answered always fast and uncomplicate. The kitchen is also really big and has enough place for a big group. At the kitchen everything was okay except the frying pans, these would have to be replaced. The gardener and the pool man didn't bother us. We hardly noticed them and everything was always in perfect order. The washing machine worked well too. Better ways to dry the clothes are needed here. The clothes rack was old and broken. We would recommend Villa Beboli for warm months. During our stay it was often rainy and cold outside and the house was also uncomfortably cold inside. The owner's wife kindly brought us wood to light the fireplace. The house is very good for a large group. The property is completely fenced, which was very convenient with our dog.

Casa molto carina e giardino molto bello. Alcune piccole attenzioni renderebbero il soggiorno ancora migliore (maggiore pulizia, il forno non può essere utilizzato perché salta la corrente). Nel complesso il posto è bello e molto tranquillo ed è stata una bella vacanza.

Schönes Haus, einsam auf einem Hügel gelegen. Die Auffahrt über eine kurvige Schotterstraße ist nichts für tief liegende Autos, hier sollte mal ein bischen ausgebessert werden.Wir waren zu viert in dem Haus und hatten daher viel Platz.

Nice house in a very good location (quiet, walking distance to city center). WLAN is just not good enough, same for kitchen equipment. For >€500/day, I expect a dish washer that works and a somehow usable internet connection. Bathrooms are good, bedrooms as well. Beds are uncomfortable. Pool is nice but not heated.
[counter comment by caretaker: first of all we had many contacts for information with these clients but they never informed us on any difficulties with the dishwasher nor with the mattresses, these vary by person and person, for example, Dutch clients want a soft mattress, while Germans prefer hard mattresses. I would like to say that 500 Euro per day, meaning with the capacity of the villa, 62,50 euro per person per day seems for me a reasonable price for a new single villa surrounded by a 1100 sqm garden, rich o plants trees and even a “Limonaia”, with a private mosaic tiled swimming pool, 4 bedrooms all with each its ensuite bathroom, large living and dining area, large covered patio, a second sun-filled patio, large balconies with electric retractable covering and shading, private parking for 4/5 vehicles with remote opening easy access gate and more, all located in a private cul-de-sac at walking distance from one of the most elegant and exclusive town and beach in the world.
all this with air conditioning throughout the villa, alarm, smart Tv, safe, maid service, linen, pool cleaning, gardening, on site services that range from taking clients to the villa and showing all the facilities of the villa to booking a local restaurant, all included in the 62.50 Euro per day.]Would you recommend this property to a friend? Lovely accommodation in a secluded location, perfect to get away from it all. Everything is provided for you - towels, kitchen roll, basic kitchen bits, e.g. salt & pepper. We had a great stay and would recommend it as a base to tour around the region. Top tip - do not get a big hire car as the drive up to the property is through a narrow, windy road!
