Description
Terrazza e Libreria is a nice stone building that has a total of two separate units that is conveniently located 4 km (3 mi) from Monte Benichi, Italy in the tourist area "Siena And Surroundings" and only 32 km (20 mi) from Siena. Terrazza e Libreria, among other amenities, includes also pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning.
Libreria (75sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can sleep up to two people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
Dining with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to two people.

- the percentage of the total rental amount paid at the time of the booking as initial deposit if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
