Property Villa Marina is a nice property (300 sq m) that includes private pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to ten people comfortably in five bedrooms with five bathrooms. Villa Marina is located 9 km (5 mi) from Terranuova Bracciolini, Italy and only 31 km (19 mi) from Arezzo in the tourist area "Arno Valley". In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items. If you can't find what you need locally, there is a shopping center located 7 km (5 mi) from the property where you can purchase your groceries and personal items.

The Property is composed of the main Villa and an annex (distance about 10 m between the 2 buildings).

2 single sofa-beds are available on request and under payment, they are placed in the living area on Floor 2.

When you arrive you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property perfect for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - sightseeing, visiting museums, shopping or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. A real time-saver is having a washing machine on-site that is available for the guests to use. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a hot tub and barbecue grill. Dining with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes microwave and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to ten people.
