The house of Canneto is a semi-detached house located in the outskirts of Pergine Valdarno ancient hamlet near the center of the geographical triangle Arezzo, Siena, Florence. It occupies part of the hilly system between the Valdarno and the Valdichiana to the left of the River Arno. It is crossed by the railway line Florence - Rome and is served by Metro stations or Laterina Ponticino, while the motorway is easily accessible from exits Valdarno if you come from north or Arezzo for those arriving from the south. The landscape is typical of internal rural Tuscany, is covered by forests in the highest part of the hills, cultivated with vineyards and olive trees halfway and finally arable land in the valley of the Arno Scerfio and terraces left. The historic centers and farm units are placed in a higher position than the bottom of the valley and preserve the traits of the ancient medieval plants. Panoramic position overlooking the valley and Arezzo. This beautiful farmhouse is set in the woody hills that separate the Chiana and the Arno valleys, in a panoramic position with a superb view of the valley below and of the nearby town of Arezzo. Around the house there is a lovely garden full of flowers, completely fenced, and equipped with gazebo and garden furniture, which merges harmoniously with the surrounding natural environment. To one side of the garden there is a lovely swimming pool (6 x 9 m., depth 1,20 m.) and an hydro massage bath (6 seats). All around the property there are conifer and oak woods which guarantee fresh and clean air but also maximum privacy.
Furniture and the large villa equipment. The furniture is of excellent quality and very comfortable. Satellite TV (3), barbecue and a children play area are available for guests' use. Due to the way it has been divided (separate entrances and three kitchens) it is also suitable for the accommodation of more than one family group who decide to spend their holidays together while maintaining a degree of independence. At the arrival all the guests will receive a basket with basic food. Moreover, respecting the need of energy saving, the house is endowed with solar panels.

Ancient estate situated in the beautiful hills which divide the Chiana Valley from the Valley of the river Arno, today is an efficient organic farm, composed of 15 hectares of vineyards and 1.600 olive groves, where an excellent DOCG Chianti wine and extra virgin olive oil are produced, and could be tasted and bought. A panoramic unmade road (approx. 3 km) leads to the property. The estate includes three farmhouses, divided into pleasant apartments. Four of them are available for vacation rentals, two are inhabited by the family of the responsible and then there are the cellars where the wine is produced.
