Any damage to the property or excessive dirt will be deducted from the security deposit. In case the premises are left in critical condition, an additional cleaning fee of €25/hour will be charged for each hour beyond the scheduled cleaning time, with prior notice and documented evidence. Additionally, a €50 charge will apply if guests fail to dispose of their trash.

Bed Linen and Towels (additional set): 15.00€ per person per change
Extra Bed: 30.00€ per person per day
Breakfast: 15.00€ per person per day

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 45 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
