The swimming pool, reserved exclusively for the use of guests, is rectangular in shape and lined internally with PVC. It measures 5 by 10 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2.20 metres, and features submerged steps for easy entry. The pool is non-heated and is equipped with a chlorine filtration system. A dedicated sunbathing area surrounds the pool, furnished with loungers and umbrellas, and a discreet hedge borders the sides to enhance the sense of intimacy. The pool is accessible from the farmhouse entrances by walking just a few steps across the lawn and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Villa Cerretalta is in a wonderful position on a small hill surrounded by Brunello vineyards, within the national park of Val D'Orcia. The 7 bedroom, 6 bath property is set between the cities of Montalcino and San Quirico D'Orcia (both are about 10 km away), yet in few minutes you can reach the little town of Torrenieri (5 km) where you can find the nearest shops, supermarket and restaurants.
The owner occasionally uses the independent building nearby and whilst respecting your privacy will be at your disposal if you should need any help.
Cerretalta is completely surrounded by hedges and fences to guarantee total privacy. Nonetheless, you have a wonderful sight over the countryside.
Once you enter the gateway, there is a large courtyard plenty of tables and chairs at guests’ disposal as well as the brick barbeque. Across the court there is a lovely area with a big round stone table and matching benches sheltered from the sun by a pergola. Here there is also a second way out from the property, down a stone staircase and through a small iron gate.
There are two garden areas.
The first one is bordered by mature trees, should the guests enjoy a peaceful shady lawn, and it is situated next to a white travertine floored space with tables, chairs and parasol. This is the perfect location where you can have your meals, while taking in the beautiful view over the surrounding farmland.
From here, few stone steps lead to the second garden that is located near the poolside. A small gate possibly delimits the way so as to prevent little children from reaching the swimming-pool area without permission. Some fruit trees, flowers and shrubs brighten the place and there is also a gazebo with table and chairs. An extensive hedge marks the limits of the patch.

Description
The 8 bedroom Villa Sant’Angelo is immersed in the enchanting Tuscany hills. It’s an old country manor which once belonged to the noble family of Conti Ghezzi who loved to spend their holidays here.
Recently restored it has managed to maintain its original charm thanks to the rare finishings: antique wooden beams, terracotta tiles, stone fireplaces in the large rooms, choice of colours and the very large illuminated environment.
The furniture has been carefully chosen, both functional and comfortable, but distinguishable with the elegant Tuscany classical style furniture which can be found in most homes today.

At guests disposal:
The villa is completely enclosed by a fence and has an independent entrance and enjoys complete privacy. A large garden surrounds the house and here there is a private swimming pool (16m x 8m depth 1.5 mt).
From here, following a footpath, you can reach a lake, tennis court, and also other trekking footpaths within the densely thick woods.
Our guests are free to explore the farm and have free access to the large biological vegetable garden which has been cultivated using old traditional methods.

The farm is situated next to a large dense wood, and here there is a natural footpath which permits guests to reach the tennis court and lake.
Guests are free to explore the farm and go on long walks around the lake. They are free to use the tennis courts and have access to the biological vegetable garden which is cared for using old local farming traditions and methods.

Conveniently located 6 km (4 mi) from Lisciano Niccone, Italy in the tourist area "Cortona And Surroundings" and only 20 km (13 mi) from Cortona. Holiday rental Villa Rubino is a beautiful stone building that includes air conditioning, WiFi internet and private pool. The property can sleep up to ten guests comfortably in five bedrooms with three bathrooms.
The Villa is composed of two independent apartments but they are rented together.
