Positioned in a secluded part of the garden with a fascinating view over the rows of vines, the pool is surrounded by sunbeds, small tables, and umbrellas. A cold-water shower and a bathroom and changing room with shower are located nearby for guests' convenience. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday of October. The fenced park surrounding the property is adorned with a rose garden flanking the pool access, along with geraniums, lemons, jasmine, and fragrant herb bushes. French windows in every interior room open directly onto the garden, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and the surrounding landscape. Approximately 60 metres from the house, reached via a stone pathway winding through the olive trees, the rectangular swimming pool is set on a terraced lower level. The non-heated pool is lined in blue PVC with a stone edge and measures 6 x 13 metres, with a constant depth of 1.50 metres. Entry to the water is via 4 steps, and the pool is equipped with a chlorine purification system. The surrounding synthetic lawn is arranged with sunbeds and umbrellas, offering a peaceful sunbathing area with complete privacy. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.

Villa La Poiana is spread across 2 floors and is configured to accommodate up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
