There are always many good reasons to visit Tuscany, and just as many to choose the city of Lucca as a base for a weekend, a week or a longer stay.
The ‘Al Civico 80’ apartment is ideally located, about 600 metres from the historic centre of Lucca and a short walk from the station, allowing guests to visit the whole city on foot and providing an ideal base for any activity: excursions to the most important cities of art (connections to Florence and Pisa are convenient and frequent), trips to the sea or mountains to the beautiful Cinque Terre or the Serchio Valley.
Lucca is also a city of walls and squares, churches, medieval towers and lively streets where you can breathe in the aroma of good food and hear the romantic arias of Puccini.
Guests will find a beautiful walk just a few metres away, following a path that runs alongside the arches of the ancient Nottolini aqueduct. It is a flat, illuminated path of about 3 km that crosses the countryside between Lucca and Capannori.
