IMPORTANT NOTE about location and access: this property is NOT suitable for the elderly or those with impaired walking.
There are two private parkings:
- One above the villa (for 2 cars maximum), on the road down to Bonassola;
- One under the villa (for 1 car), near the seafront and the cycle-pedestrian path.
From the parking above the villa, to reach the house you need to walk down a staircase (around 150 meters).
From the parking under the villa, to reach the house you need to walk up some steps in the countryside path, then a path about 200 meters long, that goes through the private park of the villa.
The path underneath the villa is useful to reach the cycle-pedestrian path, the sea and the beaches, without taking the car.
Attention: the way back, uphill to the house, could be tiring if you are not used to walking, or if you have small children or pushchair. For this reason, this house is not suggested to those with walking difficulties.

In Bonassola there are many beaches, free and private.
By foot or on a rented bike, you can reach the close villages of Framura and Levanto, and some nice free beaches, usually with pebbles and rocks.
The cycling path goes along the old railway, along the sea, and you can enjoy some incredible views.
Interior Description
“Villa Mare – Bonassola” is very spacious, on 4 levels, around 160 sqm.
The main level is the one with a large living room, with a sliding glass door to the sea-view terrace. Ideal to chill and relax, and have a panoramic breakfast.
From the living room, you can access the garden (from the entrance, the main door).
Ten steps lead to the upper level, where there are the kitchen and the dining room, with a long table for 8 people.
There is a second entrance to the villa, from the back, that leads to the dining room.
On this upper level, there is a first bathroom, with shower.
From the living room area, going down a staircase to the lower floors, there are a single bedroom, a double bedroom, and the second bathroom, with shower.
With the same staircase, you reach the lowest floor, the basement, where there are: a bedroom with double bed, a double bedroom, and the third bathroom (the largest) with shower and bath-tub.

- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.
Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
