Four nice apartments in a farmhouse situated on a large farming estate (30 hectares) with woods, vineyards, horses and “cinta-senese” breeding (kind of pig typical of the area around Siena). This property, offering a total of 4 units, is in quiet and panoramic location and enjoys extensive views over the surrounding landscape. All of the apartments are simply but nicely furnished, in a typical Tuscan style.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road of 2,3 km.

Beautiful, recently restored villa situated on a hill top overlooking the city of Arezzo and the Chiana valley. The villa was divided into 4 apartments which are connected internally and are rentable only together as a private accommodation. The interiors are welcoming and tastefully furnished. On the ground floor there is a large, furnished portico ideal for al-fresco dining.
A railway line runs in the bottom of the valley. Easy train connections to Florence and Rome are available from the city of Arezzo.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
