The main entrance of Villa Grevigiana leads into a welcoming living area furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a flat screen TV, and a fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for the entire group. A generous dining room and a fully equipped professional kitchen provide everything needed for preparing and enjoying meals together. On the ground floor, the first 5 double bedrooms are located, each with its own private bathroom with shower and direct access to the outdoor equipped areas. On the first floor, the remaining 7 double bedrooms are situated, all with ensuite bathrooms with shower and mosquito nets on the windows. The villa also features a recently built SPA, complete with a large hot tub, a massage room, and a Finnish sauna, the use of which is included in the rental price. The property is fully air conditioned, and this service is included in the rental price. Daily maid service is provided for 4 hours per day, and the final cleaning is included. Bed linen is changed mid-week, and towels are changed twice a week. A refundable security deposit of 1500 euros is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash; it will be returned upon departure, less any costs for damages or unpaid fees. The minimum rental period is 1 week, with Saturday as the changeover day. Check-in is available from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 10.00 am. Heating during winter is available as an additional expense and is charged according to consumption. City taxes, where applicable, are also charged as an additional expense.
