A shower with WC and a separate WC complete the bathroom facilities on this floor.
The upper floor offers an additional living and dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a satellite TV. This level hosts 5 bedrooms each furnished with a French bed of 160 cm, and 3 further bedrooms each containing 2 single beds of 80 cm. When booking, the reservation covers the whole house, and all facilities designated for shared use become available for your private use exclusively, including the pool, which is reserved solely for the guests of this property. Reserved parking is provided for up to 5 cars. There are no mandatory extra charges to be settled on-site, with the sole exception of the applicable local tax, which is to be paid upon arrival or as required by local regulations.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
