Today it is the guesthouse of a 16th century villa, where the property owners reside. The property is in a tranquil location at the center of a 12 hectare farm that produces wine and olive oil. At the same time it is just 350 m from the center of a small, charactaristic village where a bus can take you to Florence in just 20 minutes. Beautiful view of the countryside. Each apartment has its own large, private outdoor space, and the beautiful, enclosed, shared pool sits among olive trees, overlooking the country landscape (85 m from the house). The hamlet of Usciano. Usciano is an ancient village of medieval origin, located a few km from the city of Arezzo, is located in a panoramic position and perched on a high hill, surrounded by olive groves and green forests of oaks and holm oaks. The stone cottage and its two small houses date back to 1851, when the small village was inhabited by woodcutters, peasants and chestnut trees, and have been restored maintaining the original features and using ancient materials such as terracotta, stone and old wooden beams. Also the furniture, functional and comfortable, has been chosen in the respect of the peasant traditions. Borgo di Usciano can be reached through an unpaved road in the woods of about 1.5 km, well maintained and suitable for all types of cars.
