Adjacent to the kitchen and overlooking the garden, a charming porch with 2 ceiling fans offers a tranquil setting for breakfast and lunch, embraced by the scents of the Tuscan countryside. Next to the porch, a pizza oven and a modern barbecue invite you to prepare and enjoy your meals in complete relaxation. A well-equipped play area for children, ping-pong, and table football are also available within the park, ensuring entertainment for guests of all ages. A large outdoor living area with elegant armchairs is positioned in the shade of centuries-old pine trees, creating an inviting space for rest and conversation. An internal sandstone staircase leads to the upper floor, where the sleeping area comprises a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and dressing room, 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a single bedroom with a queen-size bed, and 2 bathrooms with showers. All rooms on this floor are equipped with air conditioning. For the 16-guest configuration, an external terracotta staircase leads up to an exclusive apartment, accessible from outside only, composed of an open-plan living area with sofa, TV corner, and fireplace, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
