This renovated property sits in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, surrounded by trees and vineyards, 100 m from the edge of the forest and 110 km from the sea. The house features air conditioning and a washing machine, with heating available only from 15 October to 15 April. You will find an above ground swimming pool (2 x 2 m) available seasonally from 1 April to 31 October, with pool maintenance provided by the owner/gardener. The property offers a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area, as well as a private yard for your enjoyment. This holiday rental provides Internet Wifi connectivity to keep you connected during your stay. Parking is available at the house for 2 cars, accessible via a 2.2 km long bumpy motor access road.
