Or visit the majestic Vallombrosa monastery which is a haven of historic and artistic value. Walk or cycle along the Road of the Seven Bridges that begins in Reggello and leads on to the beautiful town of Arezzo.
Art lovers would enjoy strolling around the Masaccio museum of Sacred Art or adventurers would thrive at the opportunity to climb the 1450 metres to the summit of the nearby Mount Secchieta. The views from the top are simply breath taking so be sure to bring your camera along!

In the afternoon after a delicious lunch al fresco in Reggello, why not enjoy a peaceful walk out to see the nearby natural formation caused by erosion called Le Balze. Or challenge those legs to an uphill trek to see Saltino, a quaint little village situated high above Reggello at a height of 890 metres above sea level. If you would prefer to travel along reasonably flat ground then a few hours spent at the nearby archaeological site at Poggio alla Regina would be ideal!
