The house is situated on the hills surrounding the charming town of Arezzo (the town center only 3 kilometers away), close to a restaurant and to a bus stop with regular buses to town (700m away). The property’s location is ideal for those seeking for relax and privacy within easy reach of all main services, restaurants, nice shops etc.
This villa is surrounded by a 1500-square-meter, entirely fenced-in park and offers a beautiful, modern, infinity pool. Outside guests can also enjoy use of a large, furnished patio ideal for al-fresco dining.
In Arezzo there is a railway station with daily connections to the main art cities of central Italy such as Florence, Rome, Assisi, Orvieto. The Chianti region is in easy reach.

Giorgio Vasari was born in Arezzo, Tuscany in July 1511. He grew up with a keen interest in the arts and had quite a talent for painting, writing, architectural design and history research. In 1529 he travelled to Rome where he studied the masters of the Renaissance.

Work was begun in the second half of the thirteenth century and completed in the fourteenth, with a campanile added in the sixteenth century. Both exterior and interior are somewhat grave and austere, though the interior is a richer and less intensely pared back place.

The exterior is expressed with a roughly textured stone facade without any real ornamentation, while the interior is accented with niches containing fourteenth-century and Renaissance ornamentation and Gothic chapels.
