The Experience
Teto belongs to the Fattoria di Fubbiano, an estate producing one of the most renowned wines of the Lucca area. We also offer for rent here, since many years, two of the ancient properties belonging to the characteristic 'borgo': Fubbiano, the main villa, and Magrini, a restored farmhouse.
The property is divided in main house and small dependance.
After arriving at Teto you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. Pour les étrangers le type de prises électrique est un problème surtout avec le manque d'adaptateurs ! Une boîte avec le nombre d'adaptateurs compatible avec le nombre de pièces de la maison et faisant partie de l'inventaire, serait peut-être une solution.
Nous avons également constaté un manque d'ustensiles de cuisine (casseroles, poêles, faitout....)

Amazing time had at Teto - age range 18 - 55.
The track to the house is not for the faint hearted but once you get there it’s fabulous. The photos do not do it justice - it’s stunning.
Easy reserve were quick to respond on booking and Fubbiano team were excellent once there - the vineyard tour is a must.
Amenities are at a drive however very good. Supermarkets are well stocked/Pisa airport is close by plus the trains are fairly regular for exploring the Italian must see places.
We all loved this holiday and this place is very special.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
Mooie en ruime vakantiewoning op een groot domein, met prachtig uitzicht en uitstekende ligging. Een minpunt is dat er geen airco aanwezig is. Vriendelijk onthaal en goede service. De woning wordt tweemaal in de week schoon gemaakt. Een echte aanrader.

We had a wonderful stay at Teto. The house was beautiful and clean with everything we needed. The landlord was very friendly and helpful, one time there was a problem with the electricity due to a storm, we called the landlord and they immediately helped us to fix it. We would definitely recommend this house.

Villa teto is a beautiful house with a magnificent view on the green Tuscan hills. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are convenient. The road to the villa is quite a challenge, as other guests have pointed out in their reviews, but doable. There is no airconditioning in the villa, so it can get very hot inside. At the outside dinner table, there is only room for 8 people. There's also a problem with the electricity, you cannot touch certain light switches because if you do the electricity fails. So it happened that we discovered that the fridge had stopped working over night. On one evening, we had a visit from a watchdog from a property in the neighborhood. Unfortunately this watchdog destroyed most of our inflatable pool toys. We mentioned this to the housekeeper, but no compensation was given. Taking these points into consideration, we find that overall villa teto deserves a 3-star rating.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in unglaublich schöner Lage!
Wir haben hier eine Woche mit unseren Töchtern und deren Familien verbracht und jeden Tag den schönen Pool, den Garten und die Terrasse genossen.
Die Kinder konnten sich herrlich austoben, ohne dass man befürchten musste, der Lärm könnte andere stören.
Sie haben morgens einen Fasan entdeckt, der durch das Gelände stolzierte und mit uns auf einer Wanderung in das absolut bezaubernde Gennaro Brombeeren gepflückt.
Da wir bei starkem Regen angekommenen sind, mussten wir den ersten Abend drinnen verbringen, was dank des großzügigen Esstisches auch gar kein Problem war.
Das Haus ist geräumig, die Zimmer großzügig und überwiegend mit schönen alten Möbeln ausgestattet.
Die Dependance wurde von unseren Enkeln bewohnt, die die vorhandene Klimaanlage zu schätzen wussten.
Der einzige negative Punkt ist die Zufahrt mit sehr vielen Schlaglöchern.
Insgesamt können wir das Haus für einen Familienurlaub in wunderschöner Landschaft nur empfehlen.

We spent a week here with our daughters and their families and enjoyed every day the beautiful pool, the garden and the terrace.
The children were able to let off steam without having to worry about the noise disturbing others.
They discovered a pheasant in the morning, which walked around the grounds and picked us for a hike to the absolutely enchanting Gennaro blackberry.
Since we arrived in heavy rain, we had to spend the first evening indoors, which was no problem thanks to the spacious dining table.
The house is spacious, the rooms spacious and mostly equipped with beautiful old furniture.
The dependance was inhabited by our grandchildren, who appreciated the air conditioning.
The only negative point is the driveway with a lot of potholes.
