Property Description

Nice farmhouse dating back to the beginning of the 20th century quietly situated on a large 6-hectare estate producing olive oil and wine. This villa, located in walking distance to the village of Ambra, was completely and tastefully restored in the 70’s and was turned into a welcoming country house offering nice interiors furnished in a rustic style.
Outside, guests can enjoy use of a large, entirely fenced-in park with century-old trees and a private and fenced pool.
The location is half-way between Siena and Arezzo in easy access to Florence, the Etruscan town of Cortona and the Chianti region.

The balance is due 60 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 60 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 61 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Eccellente proprietà in un'ottima posizione. Bella casa. Comoda per riposare e visitare moltissimi posti interessanti a meno di un'ora di viaggio.
I proprietari sono molto gentili, attenti e disponibili. Ottima la piscina, con pulizia tutte le mattine a cura di un addetto.

Wonderful location, beautiful house,garden & pool.Optimal starting point for sightseeing-trips. The inside of the house is a little worn out and neglected.A few important kitchen & grill-tools are missing.Yet it was a wonderful vacation and we had a great time.I´ll be back !
