Villa Spotlight: Villa Felciai

Villa Felciai
Our first, two-part Villa Spotlight series continues with Villa Felciai. Make sure to view the previous villa spotlight entry regarding Villa Fabbri . We are proud to offer you this pair of villas perfect for large groups coming to Tuscany for a wedding, family reunion or whatever the reason. Villa Felciai and Villa Fabbri are close to each other, roughly 200m (220 yards), but completely independent properties for those interested in renting only one of them. Both villas are part of the huge estate of the Villa La Selva, where the owners live and oversee their winery and other operations.

Villa Felciai has 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and can sleep a maximum of 24 people more than comfortably. The villa is on a small country road just outside of the medieval hamlet of Monte Benichi, a secluded area of Tuscany that lies between Siena and Arezzo.
Villa Felciai Living Room
Roughly 20 minutes from Siena, you are close enough to visit without a hassle but far enough away that you will be able to enjoy the peace and quiet at your villa. The pictures can hardly due justice to the area, as the villa looks out over the Valle d'Ambra with views that cannot be contained in film.

The villa has terracotta floors and original vaulted beam ceilings, making it feel just as if you were a medieval Tuscan lord viewing your property from your manor. Villa Felciai has a private pool for the guests, as well as a gorgeous patio to enjoy your evenings on. The ground floor of the villa has a very large living room for all the guests to congregate for after dinner drinks and coffee, with a fireplace to make sure you are cozy. A dining room, fully equipped kitchen, TV room, a twin bedroom and three king sized bedrooms and four en suite bathrooms form the ground floor of Villa Felciai.
Villa Felciai's Pool and Patio
On the first floor you will find four more bedrooms with king-sized beds as well as en suite bathrooms. Another twin bedroom with en suite bathroom finishes the main building of the villa. The views from the windows in your bedrooms look out over the Valle d'Ambra and its rolling hills.

Villa Felciai, much like its sister Villa Fabbri, has a main building an annex building with living space in both. The annex has its own private garden patio with two bedrooms, one king and one queen, both with bathrooms en suite. The annex also has its own kitchen with an eating area as well as a living room with a fireplace.

Guests at both Villa Felciai and Villa Fabbri can take tours of the wineries at Villa La Selva and see some of their work in renovating the large, historic estate.

If you're interested in renting Villa Felciai either by itself, or in conjunction with Villa Fabbri, our representatives will be more than happy to assist you with all your questions. Make sure to look at the rest of the pictures in the gallery, as well as check the availability for the villa. Sergio and Riccardo, the owners, will make sure your stay is a memorable one!
