This property is part of an oasis of a 130 ha land located in the Southern region of Tuscany known as Maremma.The owners of the estate decided to start an organic farm where the classic plants of the Tuscan Maremma spontaneously grow and are lovingly cultivated.
The accommodation is split in two parts. In the main one there are four bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and accessible by the garden thus granting totally independence and privacy. In front of it, on a lower level, is the living space that includes a huge sitting-dining area, kitchen and a covered veranda.
The housekeeper prepares a light bio breakfast in the morning (included) and is available for preparing dinners at extra cost.
After arriving at Santa Barbera you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of shopping. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a barbecue grill and patio. Sharing a meal with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday. The kitchen includes coffee machine, toaster and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to ten people.
