Welcoming apartment in a residential complex recently built (in 2010) comprising 40 units. This property is situated on the border of the small hamlet of Contignano, approx. 50 m away from the (secondary) road connecting Contignano to Radicofani.
This unit provides nice and cozy interiors and beautiful panoramic views over the Orcia valley and the town of Pienza in the distance. The outside areas offer a private covered terrace and lawn and a shared pool.
