Recently constructed house in a tranquil location among the Sienese hills. The house is independent, completely fenced-in, and furnished with a swimming pool (shared with the property owners, who live in a house about 50 m away). There is also a nice enclosed, well-equipped private garden and a beautiful covered terrace (with ping pong table). Casa Lia has an independent entrance. Access to the property is via a short, unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Casole d’Elsa 6 km away, Colle val d’Elsa with all kinds of shops and train station 6 km, Siena 28 km away, San Gimignano 20 km, Volterra 30 km, Florence (airport) 58 km away.
At guests' disposal: enclosed and well-equipped private garden, swimming pool (6 x 12 m - minimum depth 0,90 m, maximum depth 2,4 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09) that is shared with the property owners, ping pong table and outside shower (hot and cold water), barbecue. Wi-fi internet connection is available upon request (free of charge). Parking within the grounds.
Extra services: Baby bed available. A single extra bed is available at € 15,- per day to be paid on the spot. Maid service available upon request (€ 10,- / hour,to be paid on the spot).
