Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of Palazzaccio are as impressive as the villa itself, offering a harmonious blend of elegance, nature, and leisure. The well-tended garden, enlivened by abundant blooms and expansive grassy areas, has been thoughtfully arranged to accommodate both convivial gatherings and moments of quiet, private relaxation. 2 dedicated alfresco dining areas serve as the perfect settings for outdoor meals: the portico in front of the main villa, which connects directly to the kitchen, and the pergola equipped with a table and chairs, situated between the villa and the annex. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning that the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden's grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

At the heart of the outdoor area lies the large rectangular swimming pool, positioned in a secluded and panoramic setting approximately 30 metres from the villa. The pool is non-heated and is lined in PVC with a stone border, measuring 9 x 18 metres with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2.5 metres. It features a ladder for water access, internal lighting, and an oxygen purification system. A cold-water shower is also available poolside. The pool is surrounded by a generous terracotta-paved surface and lawn, furnished with sunbeds and a gazebo, creating an inviting space for sunbathing and relaxation. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.

Unit Layout

Palazzaccio is a generously proportioned estate composed of a main villa and an adjacent annex, together accommodating a maximum of 26 guests across 13 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, making it an exceptional choice for large family reunions or groups of friends.

The main villa is arranged over 3 floors. On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to the left toward the laundry room and to the right, through a hallway with a guest bathroom, into a large living room that opens onto the garden through numerous French windows and is organized with both sitting and dining areas. From the living room, a few steps lead down to the kitchen with pantry, which offers direct access to the portico. The first floor is reached via a stone staircase from the entrance hall and features a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with tub, as well as a spacious sitting room with fireplace. This sitting room connects to a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms with tub. Along the corridor, there are a further 3 twin bedrooms, 1 of which has an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a shared bathroom with tub. The top floor, accessed via the final flight of stairs, contains a panoramic living space with a table tennis table and the second sleeping area, which consists of 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom served by 5 bathrooms, 4 with tub and 1 with shower. Please note that 5 twin rooms throughout the villa have joinable beds available on request.

The annex is located approximately 10 metres from the main villa and comprises 2 floors that are not internally connected. The ground floor features a double bedroom with a divisible bed and a bathroom with shower. The first floor, accessible via an external staircase on the side of the building, offers a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and a small sitting room.

Pets are welcome at Palazzaccio. Please be aware that an additional mandatory cleaning fee applies for guests travelling with animals.
