The Lavanda apartment on the ground floor comprises a living room with spacious kitchenette, dining area, double bedroom, study, bathroom with shower and a storage room. The Glicine apartment, also on the ground floor, consists of a living room and kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a storage room. Other Information

You should note that any consumption of air conditioning or heating is not included in the rental price and will be charged locally based on actual usage. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay minus the cost of any damages incurred. Pets are welcome at the property. The swimming pool is open seasonally from May 1st to October 31st. Upon arrival, a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the municipality.
