In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

The House is perfect for a Family or Dog owners - the views are spectacular and the location is really great - just a few minutes away from the village. the absolut only thing that would make this house even better - would be a pool. the Owner was amazing and we would recomend this to absolutly everybody!

Location idéalement placée : non loin du centre de Monéglia de sa gare ferroviaire et de ses plages (1 km environ).
Située en hauteur avec superbe vue sur la mer, sans voisinage, "perdue" dans les oliviers et profitant de petites brises bien agréables quand on profite de la terrasse.
Maison très propre, très bien isolée, bien agencée, bien équipée avec une bonne literie.
Absence de micro onde et d'aspirateur mais ce ne sont pas des équipements réellement nécessaires pour les vacances.

Excellent accueil d'Arianna la propriétaire des lieux : ponctuelle, sympathique, arrangeante.
