On the second floor (without elevator – steep internal staircase).
On request: private parking place in Via Cairoli (outdoors; 100 meters from the apartment), extra cost of 10€ per day,

Levanto is the starting point for visiting the Cinque Terre, by train, by boat and by paths.
The city is a traditional Ligurian village with its typical beaches, surroundings, inland and sightseeing.
It is a slow city where quality of life and food are high, making it an ideal place for families.
Its sandy beaches, perfect to enjoying holidays, are easy to reach on foot.
Some of these are free and others are well-equipped establishments.
Its unmissable bike path on the sea with its stunning views, it extends along the old railway track, which connects Levanto with the nearby towns of Bonassola and Framura

The apartment sleeps up to 3 people, with a double bedroom and two single beds in the living room, on the mezzanine.
Equipped kitchen, oven, microwave oven, toaster, Moka coffee maker, American coffee machine, kettle.
Living room with dining table, sofa, TV (Italian channels only).
Initial sets of bedlinen and towels are provided, included in rental price.
Subsequent change or addition of bedlinen or towels upon request (surcharge, extra cost).
Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Free Wi-Fi.

Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1,5€ per person, per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.
