The property can accommodate up to 16 people comfortably in six bedrooms with eight bathrooms. Villa Alfresco is located 5 km (3 mi) from Montecatini Alto, Italy and only 37 km (23 mi) from Lucca in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings".

- the percentage of the total rental amount paid at the time of the booking as initial deposit if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
