The ground floor welcomes you with an open living and dining room featuring a panoramic window that frames a stunning view of the garden and the surrounding countryside. This space includes an open-hearth fireplace reserved for decorative purposes, a dining table, and a satellite TV. A direct exit leads from this area to the garden. Also on the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom and an open studio with a double sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchenette on this level includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with bidet and WC completes this floor.

The location is superb with fantastic scenery and proximity to San Gimignano. This is a special location and we had a great holiday. Some areas could be improved. The cooking area is small and tired and the upper bathroom has limitations which were disclosed but still gave us some issues. We purchased electric fans locally because only one bedroom has aircon and it was very hot but this did not spoil our overall experience which was excellent.
