Property Description

Villa Clara 20 is a beautiful holiday home (600 sq m) with WiFi internet, private pool and air conditioning. The property can sleep up to 20 guests comfortably in ten bedrooms with nine bathrooms. Conveniently located 2 km (1 mi) from San Concordio Di Moriano, Italy in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings" and only 8 km (5 mi) from Lucca. If playing a round of golf is important while on vacation, you are in luck because there is a course nearby.

Your Experience
Villa Clara is a typical 18th Century Manor villa with its own small formal park and chapel, at the centre of an estate with farmhouses where the farmers looking after the winery used to live. The rental of the property, together with the one of Casa Rosa, located on the same estate, offers the possibility for larger groups, up to 32 guests, to vacation together. The helpful caretakers live on the estate in a separate apartment and are available to arrange cooking services for their guests.
After arriving you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property perfect for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - shopping, sightseeing, visiting museums or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can unwind with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 20 people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished garden where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 45 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Wunderschöner Ort um Ferien zu machen. Sehr großzügiges Haus, gute Betten, jedes Zimmer mit Bad und die tolle Küche! Wir waren 18 Personen und die „Küchencrew“ war begeistert von der Ausstattung. Wir haben auch den Kochservice von Anna in Anspruch genommen. Auch den können wir bestens empfehlen. Die Villa Clara verfügt über eine sehr schöne großzügige Poolanlage. Die ganze Anlage, innen wie außen, ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa and were very impressed with the facilities ahd service. We started our stay with a wonderful meal we hosted, for our guests, on Sunday night, outside, prepared by Anna and served outside. Fabulous!!! Our only criticism was related to the need for the security deposit to be in cash, Euros, due to the logistics of satisfying that request. ( Daily atm limits on withdrawals in Italy, and with our American banks. But your management company and the owners worked with us. It was a stressful way to begin the trip. Otherwise, it was absolutely fantastic!!

We fell in love with Villa Clara. The villa was in excellent condition and had been recently restored. The floors were tile and stone, the old plaster had all been restored, is was great for a large group. I plan to return. We are traveling to Sicily next year because I have friends who are looking for their roots, if it were my choice, we would go back to Villa Clara and wonderful Lucca every year.

Wir waren 2 Familien mit 12 Personen. Das beste Haus in 10 Jahren Italienurlaub, schön gelegen, gut Ausgestattet, gute Bäder und gute Betten, große Küche, alle E-Geräte voll funktionsfähig (Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler). Toller sauberer Pool sehr schönes Gelände, hilfsbereite nette Vermieter. Es gab gar nichts zu beanstanden ! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub alles bestens.
