Property Description

Borgo Antico Marina is a nice stone building (100 sq m) with WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to five guests comfortably in two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Conveniently located in Matraia, Italy in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings" and only 16 km (10 mi) from Lucca.

The last stretch of road to get to the house (about 300m uphill) is not paved.

For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
