Beautiful restored farmhouse with swimming-pool situated in the heart of the Chianti Classico area, a few kilometers away from Castellina in Chianti. This property is quietly situated on a large 220-hectare farming estate producing excellent wines. Tastefully furnished, spacious and comfortable interiors.
A nice garden with private swimming-pool surrounds the property. The location is ideal to visit the most beautiful Tuscan towns like Siena, Florence, San Gimignano as well the charming villages of the Chianti Classico region.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road which is not suitable for sports-cars (1,5km).
Distances: Castellina Scalo with all kinds of shops 7 km away, Castellina in Chianti 8 km away, Radda in Chainti 19 km, Siena 20 km away, the lovely medieval town of San Gimignano 29 km, Volterra approx. 50 km away, Florence 60 km.
