Beautiful independent farmhouse with private swimming-pool created by the restoration of an ancient oil mill situated approx. 18 km from Florence away. This property nestling deep among vineyards and olive groves is very large and offer nicely furnished rustic interiors. The villa is part of a farming estate producing wine and olive oil and offering an ideal terrain for beautiful walks in close contact with the Tuscan landscape.

It is situated between Sinalunga and the Parco Naturale delle Crete Senesi, in the hills covered with woods, olive groves and vineyards, at 500 metres above sea level. This villa is a 16th century house, originally belonging to the Buonvisi family and it is part of the Fattoria Mansi Bernardini estate. The maid who takes care of the villa is also an excellent cook and on request will cook local dishes for clients. A tennis court is available on the estate. Villa Mugello is a large private 8-bedroom villa dating back to year 1500 and situated in the Mugello area, approx. 30 km north of Florence. This vacation rental, surrounded by cultivated fields and chestnut woods, comprises a main villa with an adjoining apartment (accessible from the outside). An additional unit is occasionally occupied by the property owners do not share with their guests the use of the garden or of the pool. The villa interiors are simple and welcoming.

Villa Montalcinello is a villa where you can enjoy the wonderful and impressive landscape typical of Tuscany, it has been restored and furnished with elegance, in fact there is only antique furniture of rare beauty.
The Villa also has a small but lovely garden terrace with swimming pool and picnic gazebo.
There are Roman steps for entering the pool on one side, and in the garden there are several areas to sit and relax. The pool is 10 x 5 metres and, 1.7 - 2.5 metres deep. It is open from May to September, weather permitting.
There is another building overlooking the garden and pool area however this is uninhabited..
