Ground floor: entrance lead to the living room elegantly equipped with sofas arm chairs and tables, the living room has large French doors that leading out to the covered outside area and the garden. The living, dining and kitchen are all into an open space, the dining area has a large table for 8 people, and the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, (5 burns), electric oven, microwave, nespresso coffee maker, toaster, fridge and freezer, cellar fridge for wines, and dishwasher.
from the entrance 4 steps take to the night area, a little corridor lead to the first two bedrooms one single and one double, the two bedrooms are served with the bathroom with shower in the corridor, at the end of the corridor there is the third double bedroom with private bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower box.
attic: from the living room a spiral stair case of 15 steps, (easy to climb) leads to a little living area with sofa and arm chairs and one bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
