The enclosed grounds of approximately 3,000 sq m spread across 2 levels and are planted with olive trees, holm oaks, pines, and fragrant herbal borders, creating a lush and peaceful environment that changes beautifully with the seasons. At the exit of the living room on the ground floor, a large terrace serves as the centrepiece of outdoor living, featuring a fully equipped dining area complete with a barbecue and a traditional wood oven, ideal for al fresco meals in an unforgettable setting. A few steps from the terrace lead directly to the swimming pool, a rectangular non-heated pool measuring 10 x 5 m, with a depth varying from 1.20 to 1.40 m. Lined in PVC and equipped with chlorine purification and Roman steps for easy entry, the pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. The surrounding solarium is bordered by olive trees and enhanced by the fragrance of lavender, and is furnished with sunbeds, tables, and an awning to ensure comfort throughout the day. There is a pathway leading to the beautiful swimming pool with overflow effect, in a particularly panoramic position. The pool has a large shallow end for children. To the rear of the property, is a converted barn where the housekeeper lives.
There is a 1 km unmade driveway leading to Camporempoli. It was partially cemented at the end of 2013 in order to make it more easily accessible.

Under the portico adjacent to the kitchen, a large outdoor dining table offers a remarkable view of the castle of Sammezzano, accompanied by a well-equipped barbecue for al fresco meals. In the area in front of the entrance, a shaded lounge area with comfortable seating provides a panoramic outlook over the rolling green hills. The non-heated swimming pool is situated in the upper part of the property, fenced with Photinia hedges for privacy, and is approximately 30 metres from the main house, accessible via a flight of steps from the courtyard. The rectangular pool measures 5 x 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, is lined in light cream-coloured PVC, and features Roman steps for water access along with both internal and external lighting. A large stone solarium surrounds the pool, shaded by generous umbrellas and furnished with sunbeds and tables for relaxed sunbathing. Below the pool, a small annex houses a bathroom with shower and a changing room. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. To the right of the entrance, a short corridor leads to a guest bathroom, a small study, and the entrance to a private suite comprising 3 rooms: a double bedroom with direct access to the garden, a bedroom with a queen-size sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower. A traditional stone staircase connects the ground floor to the first floor, where the main sleeping area is arranged. Each apartment has its own entrance and private outdoor space with tables and chairs for outdoor dining.
Casalta consists of four aparments , not internally connected, but that can be rented to a single group of friends or family.
