It is a semi-detached house, the ground floor part is this holiday home and upstairs lives the owner's brother (with a completely separate entrance).
The private pool is 800 mt distant from the villa, and is located on the owners' property. It is better reachable by car.
The pool will be for the guests' exclusive use. In the pool area, you will also have access to a gazebo with dining table and refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with shower.
There are golf, padel courts and e-bike rental in the vicinity of the villa (about 2 km away).

The non-heated swimming pool is rectangular in shape and measures 14 by 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.2 metres. It features chlorine purification, internal steps for easy access, and a blue-tiled lining. An additional shallow pool is available for young children, ensuring the whole family can enjoy the water safely. The pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds, chairs, tables, a gazebo, and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Several annexes also feature their own equipped porches, providing shaded outdoor seating areas directly accessible from the living spaces. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

Annex 4 is located next to the main building and features a living room with a kitchenette, a lounge with access to an outdoor area with an equipped porch, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with joinable beds, and 2 bathrooms with shower. Annex 5 comprises a living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and 2 extra single beds situated on a loft level.

The house is spread over two floors. GROUND FLOOR - Main entrance located under the porch that leads to a living area with sofas, large kitchen (please note that the kitchen is not equipped with an oven), TV room and dining area that connect to a multifunctional space and a bathroom for guests. Adjacent to the outdoor porch there is a guest bathroom with a washing machine. FIRST FLOOR - Two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. Also on the first floor, with access via a wooden spiral staircase, is the suite with double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area.

The 5,000 sq m garden surrounding the farmhouse is bordered by flowers, herbs, and typical Tuscan plants such as laurels, pomegranates, and olive trees. A pergola adjacent to the pool area provides a shaded dining spot equipped with a barbecue. Comfortable seating under the portico creates a cozy outdoor living space. A beautiful portico, accessed directly from the kitchen through French windows, is furnished with a table and chairs and serves as an ideal setting for leisurely breakfasts, alfresco lunches, and candlelit dinners. A large stone barbecue is available for guests who wish to prepare grilled specialities accompanied by a fine glass of Tuscan red wine. Beyond the fenced lawn, the remaining 5,000 square metres of parkland adapt naturally to the hilly terrain, merging into a vast wooded estate where olive trees, fruit trees, pines, willows, and larches alternate in a verdant landscape occasionally visited by fallow deer, roe deer, wild boar, and squirrels. An external stone staircase leads up to the old watchtower, where a small porticoed terrace offers a charming and intimate spot to enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the views. Please note that the garden photographs were taken in spring, and the appearance of the flowers and lawn may vary depending on the season of your arrival. The non-heated swimming pool is situated in a dedicated area of the garden approximately 50 metres from the main house, reached along a tuff-paved path and overlooking an open, panoramic landscape. Measuring 9 by 17 metres with a varying depth of 1 to 3 metres, the pool is lined in sky-blue tiles with a terracotta border and features 5 Roman steps in terracotta as well as a ladder for water access. A circular hydromassage area with terracotta seating adds an element of indulgence to the pool experience. The surrounding sunbathing area is paved in tuff and equipped with comfortable sunbeds, while a cold and hot-water shower and a wooden gazebo furnished with a table and armchairs complete this luxurious outdoor retreat. It is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.

Described as a kind and discreet presence, she oversees the maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool on days agreed upon with guests, while fully respecting their privacy at all times. Pets are welcome at the property, with an additional cleaning fee applicable per animal per week or part of a week. A waste disposal guarantee contribution of 100 euros is required. Villa Iside is a carefully restored 19th-century farmhouse set among the hills of the Valdera, near the village of Ghizzano. Surrounded by cypress trees, wheat fields and hedged lawns, the villa offers sweeping views over the scenic Tuscan countryside. Original terracotta floors, vaulted ceilings and exposed beams preserve the rustic character of the interiors. Furnished with classic country furnishings, the villa includes four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, spacious living areas and an outdoor pergola for al fresco dining. From here, guests can explore Peccioli, Lajatico, Volterra and San Gimignano, or enjoy local experiences such as wine tastings, thermal baths and golf at nearby Castelfalfi.

The villa is arranged over two floors connected by a stone staircase. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance hall; living room with sofas and ornamental fireplace; open-plan kitchen and dining area with French windows to the pergola; guest bathroom; laundry room. Park:
The lawned garden is bordered by hedges and surrounded by fields and cypress trees. A herb garden and flowering borders add seasonal colour, while the outdoor dining and lounge area beneath a pergola offers a shaded setting for relaxing or enjoying meals. The park includes multiple shaded corners and is designed for easy indoor-outdoor living.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is set on a higher level than the house and accessed by a few stone steps. Rectangular in shape; measures 12 x 6 m with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2.30 m; lined in PVC; chlorine purification; Roman steps for entry; internal and external lighting; cold-water shower. The sunbathing area is paved in porphyry and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
