Numerous shaded areas are scattered throughout the park, inviting you to relax in peaceful seclusion. On the panoramic terrace, a large outdoor dining table provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals, while the area between the villa and the swimming pool features a comfortable arrangement of sofas and armchairs beneath the shade of a gazebo. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, and the appearance of the gardens, including the flowering plants and lawn colours, may vary depending on the season of your arrival. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 7x14 m with a depth of 1.40 m and lined in sky-blue PVC, is located on one side of the villa approximately 30 m away, accessed across the lawn. The property has two floors, with access to the ground floor from various points. The main entrance is located in the portico area, giving access to the living area composed of an elegant entrance hall, guest bathroom, dressing room, then continuing on to the typical Tuscan kitchen, to the sitting room with fireplace and TV corner and to the dining room. To the left of the main entrance is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and with access from the sitting room, and a second double bedroom with en suite bathroom suitable for disabled people and French window with ramp for direct access to the garden. Also on the ground floor, with outside access, is the laundry and the area with the pizza oven. An internal stone staircase leads up to the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and dressing room, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a single bedroom with queen-size bed and two bathrooms with showers. All the rooms on this floor have air-conditioning. (16-bed version) With outside access only, a terracotta staircase leads up to an exclusive apartment composed of an open-plan living area with sofa, TV corner, fireplace, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. Villa Elisa is surrounded by a 8000 sq m flat green lawn, completely fenced-in and bordered by hedges of laurel, embellishd by multicoloured floral essences, bushes of herbs, antique terracotta pots with beautiful geraniums, tall poplars that delimit the pool area and pines with broad shady foliage benefitting the outdoor living area and the tennis court. Adjacent to the kitchen, overlooking the garden, you will find a porch with two ceiling fans where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch in complete relaxation, embraced by the scents of the Tuscan countryside. Next to the kitchen and the porch there is a pizza oven and modern barbecue where you can prepare your meals and enjoy them in total tranquillity under the porch.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, located in front of the villa which is only 30 metres away, is reached across the lawn. It has a large solarium in terracotta with two big umbrellas, comfortable sunbeds, deckchairs, chairs and tables. Completely fenced-in for your children's safety, the rectangular pool measures 6.5 x 14.5 m with the depth ranging from 0.40 to 1.6 m and purified with chlorine. With Roman steps for access to the water, the pool is lined in sand-coloured PVC and has internal lights and wide-beam external lighting. There is also a hot and cold-water shower and a mini bar located in the changing hut. Solar panels warm the water, sun permitting, by 2/3 degrees. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
Tennis-court:
The non professional fenced-in, private tennis court is covered in PVC resin and has night lighting and a practice wall. It is located about 20 m from the house, next to the parking area and swimming pool. Four tennis rackets are available on site.

The house is spread over two floors. GROUND FLOOR - Main entrance located under the porch that leads to a living area with sofas, large kitchen (please note that the kitchen is not equipped with an oven), TV room and dining area that connect to a multifunctional space and a bathroom for guests. Adjacent to the outdoor porch there is a guest bathroom with a washing machine. FIRST FLOOR - Two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. Also on the first floor, with access via a wooden spiral staircase, is the suite with double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area.

The 5,000 sq m garden surrounding the farmhouse is bordered by flowers, herbs, and typical Tuscan plants such as laurels, pomegranates, and olive trees. Villa Montalcinello is a villa located near the city of Chiusdino, where you can enjoy the wonderful and impressive landscape typical of Tuscany, it has been restored and furnished with elegance, in fact there is only antique furniture of rare beauty.
The Villa also has a small but lovely garden terrace with swimming pool and picnic gazebo.
There are Roman steps for entering the pool on one side, and in the garden there are several areas to sit and relax. The pool is 10 x 5 metres and, 1.7 - 2.5 metres deep. It is open from May to September, weather permitting.

Crognole stands on the top of a gentle 500 m-high hillslope, surrounded by the dream landscape of the unique hills of Chianti, with dense woods, olive trees and immense rows of vines that stretch to the horizon. It is a 16th century rural Tuscan house in stone which has been renovated following tradition with spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with private bath and with a cosy living area with comfortable armchairs gathered around a large fireplace and surrounded by a green garden where guests can relax in all tranquillity under the panoramic pergola and by the fully-equipped pool. The house stands independantly within the prestigious setting of the Castello di Albola estate with spreads over 137 hectares of fertile land which every year produces a top quality extra-virgin olive oil and a select nectar exported throughout the world which can be tasted directly in the original cellars of the beautiful medieval castle which dominates the estate and which once belonged to important noble Tuscan families and which is situated about 2 km from the property. The house is 5 km from the renowned borgo of Radda in Chianti (with shops for daily needs, restaurants and bars) with many other fantastic places to explore in the surrounding territory: Volpaia, Panzano, Gaiole and Greve with their breathtaking picture-postcard views and a unique range of artistic, historical, food and wine marvels. Facilitated by the beautiful panoramic roads, daily excursions to Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and Volterra can be easily arranged.
Crognole has two floors connected by external stairs. On the ground floor is a separate bedroom with divisible double bed and bathroom with shower (reached up six steps). On the top floor is a small panoramic terrace with two armchairs and a small table which leads into the house, directly into the sitting room connected, on one side, with the kitchen/dining room and, on the other side, with a hallway leading to a twin bedroom with joinable beds, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with divisible bed and ensuite bathroom with tub. The laundry room is located in an annex next to the pool area.

THE PARK
The fully enclosed park is situated within the Tenuta d'Albola (Albola Estate) and is composed of a green manicured garden with a vast arboreal vegetation, towering cypresses, expanses of olive and fruit trees, rose bushes, vases of red geraniums and surrounded by low bushes that, from the entrance gate (for the exclusive use of the guests), lead to the set-up areas and the parking area. The splendid panoramic pergola, just a few steps from the house, is the ideal place for dining or relaxing in the shade, with guaranteed peace and quiet. There is also a mobile barbecue.
THE SWIMMING POOL
The pool area is at the back of the house which is about 15 m away and is reached up a short ramp of steps. It is delimited by hedges and bordered on one side by an expanse of lawn dotted with olives. In the centre is the rectangular pool lined in PVC, measuring 5 x 10 m with a varying depth of 1.20 to 1.90 m, with chlorine purification and a metal ladder for access to the water. All around it on the lawn are sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrellas, a table with chairs and a solar-powered shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.

The estate is enlivened by rows of vineyards, dense woodland where fallow deer, roe deer, porcupines, squirrels, and foxes are frequently spotted, and gently rolling hills that frame the horizon in every direction. Numerous trekking trails wind through the estate along streams and offer breathtaking scenic views, inviting guests to explore the land at their own pace. Directly in front of the villa entrances, in a convenient and panoramic position, are the main outdoor relaxation areas: a charming patio furnished with sofas, armchairs, and coffee tables for lounging, and a loggia equipped with an outdoor dining table and a barbecue, ideal for al fresco meals. The outdoor areas surrounding the annexes provide additional living and relaxation spaces for guests. The panoramic swimming pool, non-heated, is positioned on an upper terrace approximately 200 meters from the farmhouse and is reached via a stone-paved path through the grounds. Rectangular in shape with 1 infinity edge, it measures 5.5 x 13 meters with a constant depth of 1.5 meters. The pool is PVC-lined, accessed via corner steps, and purified using a chlorine system. It is partially fenced and features a gated entrance for safety. The surrounding sun deck is paved in terracotta and furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
