It measures 5 by 10 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2.20 metres, and features submerged steps for easy entry. The pool is non-heated and is equipped with a chlorine filtration system. A dedicated sunbathing area surrounds the pool, furnished with loungers and umbrellas, and a discreet hedge borders the sides to enhance the sense of intimacy. The pool is accessible from the farmhouse entrances by walking just a few steps across the lawn and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

The changeover day is Saturday. A minimum stay of 7 nights applies during high season, while a minimum of 3 nights is required during low and mid season. A complete rooming list must be submitted 1 week before arrival. Upon arrival, a pre-authorization of €2,000 is requested as a security deposit for damages. Gas heating is available as an extra service. Please note that external chefs are not permitted on the estate; however, a private chef can be arranged on request, and cooking classes are also available on request through the estate. Social events for more than 22 guests can be organized through the estate's partners, subject to management approval, at an additional cost. Tourist tax is due at check-out. An idyllic setting that will be nourishment for both your eyes and your mind.

Podere Capanne is a portion of an old farmhouse set in the hills overlooking the charming medieval village of Rigomagno and much of the wide Chiana Valley. You will find the house in a landscape covered mostly by olive trees, interrupted here and there by small vineyards and lush oak woods. In front of the house you will have a large fenced-in courtyard equipped with a table and chairs on the nice porch, where you can enjoy grills and good local wine.
