The owners (who are very friendly but not intrusive) manage a family agricultural business from the same location and live a few meters away but do not share any of the outdoor areas with the guests – they do reserve access to a passage which runs below the largest apartment for use only when truly necessary. They will be available should guests require help or advice for what to visit and where to go to enjoy the best of Tuscany.
The property available for rent and the property where the owners live are separated by a border of flowers which gives the guests the most privacy possible.

The property includes a hostel section, and clear boundaries have been established to maintain distinct spaces. Guests of the hostel have access only to their designated areas, including reception and paths leading to the main road. Access to the private areas of the villas, such as gardens, terraces, and swimming pools, is strictly prohibited for hostel guests and is solely reserved for guests staying in the villas. Privacy and quiet are core values for the management, and maintaining a clear separation between these two environments is of fundamental importance. All guests are expected to respect these rules. Check-in is available between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm, while check-out is scheduled for 10:00 am. Pets are welcome at the property for a weekly fee. A security deposit is required upon arrival, which will be returned at the end of your stay minus the cost of any damages incurred. Surcharges may apply for parties or weddings held at the villa, to be agreed according to the period and number of people.
