Outside, Cuccardino offers a beautiful well maintained garden and a fantastic swimming pool where you can spend the days in the hottest season. Also outside there is a barbecue area equipped to organize outdoor lunches and dinners, enjoying the panoramic view that extends over the surrounding countryside.
From the house you can easily reach the beaches on the Tuscan coast such as Marina di Bibbona and Cecina, the villages of Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci and all the other places of historical, artistic and cultural interest in Tuscany.

Villa Ca' di Vestro is located on the top of a high hill in the valley of the Arno River, reached by going up a 1.5 km road, partly unpaved and partly cemented, which is steep but can be travelled by any type of car. Once at the villa, it is like nudging the clouds, with a splendid, sweeping view over the entire Valdarno.
