This is a new complex of 4 Apartments for rent in Vinci, Tuscany.
The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.
Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

Holiday home Camporempoli is a lovely stone building (400 sq m) that includes private pool and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to ten guests comfortably in six bedrooms with five bathrooms.
The Experience
From its secluded position the views are absolutely stunning, with all the windows framing a picture of the lovely Chianti countryside at its best. There is a pathway leading to the beautiful swimming pool with overflow effect, in a particularly panoramic position. The pool has a large shallow end for children. To the rear of the property, is a converted barn where the housekeeper lives.
There is a 1 km unmade driveway leading to Camporempoli. It was partially cemented at the end of 2013 in order to make it more easily accessible.
When you arrive you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - sightseeing, visiting museums, shopping or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can unwind with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a patio and barbecue grill.
