It is a newly renovated house in a rustic but high-class finishes and furnishings located in a small village on the hills above Pietrasanta, in the beautiful Versilia.

Is just under 8km from the sea of ​​Marina di Pietrasanta and is reached by driving up the hill, which offers a panoramic view, until you get on a dirt road (about 200 meters and not suitable for cars too big or low) leading to the private parking for two cars of the house.

From the parking area you proceed on foot for about 200 meters on a steep stairway and reach the center of the small hamlet where you find the house.

From the outside, in addition, a door leads to a small laundry room with washing machine.

Leaving behind the entrance of the house, below, cross it through an archway to get to the other side of the house where a private garden of the house is located with table, chairs and barbecue.

Interior Description

The house is in a village and then structured much like an apartment.
It has two floors.

First floor: Superb entrance to the living room with sofa, fireplace and TV on the wall, all characterized by niches with works of art and direct and indirect lighting.
From the living room you reach the fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and then a bathroom with shower.
