This charming town was founded on a hilltop overlooking the Tuscan coast and is dominated by the magnificent Aghinolfi Castle. Its strategic position allowed a close view of the Tyrrhenian coast that stretched from the Gulf of La Spezia to Livorno.

The location, very quiet and green, is ideal for a seaside holiday, as the Sea and the beaches are at 2,5Km.
The house is divided into two apartments.
The left one is rented annually by a couple who work all day and not much present.
The right side instead is that proposed here.
Access is shared by the gate on the road.
Guests have a parking space.
The garden and the front porch are shared and are always looked after by the owners.
There is also a table with chairs and a barbecue for private use of the house.
On the side of the house is a washing machine.

Entrance to the living room with sofa bed, dining table, fireplace and pellet stove.
On the left a small kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven and sink.
A double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
