Villa Orizzonte is a spacious property, perfectly located in the heart of Tuscany on the Chianti Classico hills, in a panoramic area close to the towns of Vagliagli and Castellina in Chianti. A large private pool is available for the exclusive use of the guests. The house is composed by 3 indipendent units rented as a whole (no other people will share the premises nor the pool) to benefit from large indoor and outoor areas ideal for dining together, and spending pleasant days admiring the views. Yet, this clever layout, will give to all the guests exceptional additional privacy when required.
These 3 units are not connected internally.
The villa is exceptionally well located: it offers breathtaking views over the surrounding hills and is just a short drive away from the most famous towns and hamlets of Tuscany such as Chianti Classico (Castellina in Chianti, Greve, Radda, Gaiole, etc), Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra,
Firenze, Val d’Orcia.
Access to the villa is via an unpaved, well mantained, road. The property is gated and parking is available on the premises.
Distances: Vagliagli (with shops, bars, restaurants) 1,5 km away, Castellina in
Chianti 9 km away, Siena 20 km away, San Gimignano 45 km away, Montalcino (famous for its Brunello wine) 60 km away, Florence 80 km away, Pienza 80 km away, Cortona 85 km away.
At guests' disposal: large fenced-in garden, panoramic terrace (furnished with table, chairs and barbecue for al-fresco dining), wide private pool reserved for the guests' use only (12m x 6m, depth 1.40m – 2.50m), poolside shower, wi-fi internet connection free of charge. Two baby cots available on request (free of charge).
Extra services: 1 pet is admitted (on request) at an extra charge of euros 50 per week (to be paid locally). On request the owner is available to organize nice Tuscan dinners in the villa.

First floor: entrance with dining area and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), large living room with fireplace and a further dining area, bathroom with shower, bathroom with shower and washing-machine, double bedroom,
twin bedroom, double bedroom with direct access to a terrace, single bedroom (french bed) with direct access to a terrace (shared with the double bedroom).

Unit 2
Sleeps 4 guests - 80 m2
Ground floor: entrance with dining area and kitchen corner
(oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher), double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Unit 3
Sleeps 4 to 5 guests - 70 m2
Upper floor: entrance, separate lounge with fireplace and dining area providing direct access to a large terrace (equipped with tables, chairs, shades), kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave), double bedroom, triple bedroom with one single bed and extra bunkbed, bathroom with shower and washing machine.
