This beautiful villa with a private pool and gym is located just 10km from the gorgeous beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia, a well-known seaside area that has received the blue flag in recognition of the quality and safety and its coastal area.
The property is located near many places of interest; both culturally and historically, along the Tuscan coast (Vetulonia, Massa Marittima, Buriano, Castiglione della Pescaia, Marina di Grosseto, Principina a Mare, Punta Ala).
Villa Porta Colle boasts a beautiful panoramic view over the Tuscan Maremma region and has a large garden with plants and trees such as pine, cypress, rosemary, bay and other traditional Mediterranean natives.
