Welcoming, independent small house with pool situated on the hills of the Valdarno region. This house is quietly located and is in easy access to the most important places of interest in Tuscany. The property owners, who are nice and friendly people, live nearby but do not share with their guests the use of the outside areas (except for the pool).
This small villa, surrounded by woods and cultivated fields, offers nice interiors, furnished in a rustic style.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road suitable to any cars.
Distances: Traiana with groceries approx. 1 km away, San Giustino Valdarno with shops of all kinds 4 km, Laterina 13 km away, Arezzo 26 km, Rapolano Terme (spas) 45 km away, Siena 58 km, Florence 60 km away, Cortona 60 km, Montepulciano 80 km away, Pienza 85 km away.
At guests’ disposal: furnished outdoor area with table, chairs, barbecue and small outbuilding (with washing-machine and kitchen corner), entirely fenced-in swimming-pool (16 x 6 m – min. depth 1,3 m – max. depth 2,4 m – open from 01/05 through 15/10) occasionally used by the property owners, changing room by the pool with toilet and shower.

“What a beautiful property and house. We were welcomed by Lucia and the owner of the property upon arrival. This property exceeded our expectations. It was well maintained and the owner stopped by every morning to make sure the flowers were watered and the pool was cleaned. We had use of the beautiful pizza oven and had a chef prepared meal that was fantastic. The property was located close to a train station that brought us to Florence in 37 minutes. All the bedrooms were air conditioned, which we only had to use one night. Best vacation ever- will be back soon.”

Visit Loro Ciuffenna

Loro Ciuffenna is located in the Arno Valley in Tuscany, Italy. When you visit Loro Ciuffenna you'll feel like you stepped back in time with it's narrow streets and alleys which date back to the Etruscan era. In the center of town there is an old Roman bridge that spans the raging currents below. An old mill, which recently closed, was powered by a water wheel for over 100 years and is still visible from the bridge today. Wandering through the streets is an amazing experience, if you're in the area be sure to stop and visit.

Loro Ciuffenna is located about halfway between Florence and Arezzo making it a great location for renting a villa. For such a small village there are a surprising number of good restaurants in town, as well as, nearby in Terranuova Bracciolini. Situated in close proximity to Florence and Arezzo, Loro Ciuffenna is a beautiful town nestled into the countryside at the foot of Mount Pratomagno. Visitors will benefit from the natural beauty that lies all around this town, including the banks of the river Arno and the unique rock formations made up of sand and clay. These are called "balze," and have provided inspiration to many artists throughout the years, including Leonardo da Vinci who would often come to this part of the Tuscan countryside to sketch and paint. Stephano, who was our host, was wonderful. Always smiling and friendly, and had plenty of good advice for stuff to see and experience. His father in law had a small kitchen garden, from which he offered us
his tomatoes, cucumber and melon.
Casa Triana is really everything you connect we connect with Tuscany, and it really lives up to the expectations we had, when we booked through EasyReserve.
The House was very clean, and the swimming pool very big, and we had all to our selfs.
